OPEN CAN OF CHILI MAN CHILI (NO BEANS), SPOON INTO BOWL, PLACE BOWL IN MICROWAVE, COVERED, HEAT FOR 1 MIN. ON HIGH.

REMOVE FROM MICROWAVE AND SPOON OVER CHIPS,

SPRINKLE WITH CHEDDAR & MONTEREY JACK CHEESE, PUT PLATE IN MICROWAVE

FOR 1 MIN. ON HIGH  UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED, REMOVE, ADD SALSA AND SOUR CREAM.

 

VEGETABLE WRAP

1 TORTILLA 

ASST. VEGETABLES ( LETTUCE, CUCUMBER, RED ONION, TOMATOES, AVOCADO, ALFALFA SPROUTS), SLICED OR CHOPPED.

THIN SLICED PROVEL CHEESE

SOUR CREAM MIXED WITH DILL WEED, SALT & PEPPER. JUST ENOUGH FOR SPREADING ONTO WRAP, ABOUT 2 TABLESPOONS

MICROWAVE TORTILLA FOR 45 SECONDS ON HIGH, REMOVE, IMMEDIATELY PLACE DILL SPREAD ON CENTER OF TORTILLA, FOLLOWED BY CHEESE, FOLLOWED BY VEGETABLES.

FOLD TOP OF  TORTILLA OVER VEG'S, FOLD SIDES INWARD, CONTINUE TO ROLL TORTILLA, UNTIL YOU HAVE A POCKET. SLICE INTO BITE SIZE SECTIONS.

 

FRAPPUCINO (COLD FLAVORED COFFEE)

1 CUP ICE IN BLENDER

1/2 CUP SKIM MILK

1 TEASPOON INSTANT COFFEE 

1/4 CUP OF INTERNATIONAL DELIGHTS VANILLA/CARMEL CREAMER

BLEND TILL SMOOTH. TOP WITH WHIP CREAM (OPTIONAL)
