Welcome Home School Students to Minnie's Kitchen Cooking School. My name is Diane Reiss. It is my goal to teach basic cooking skills, in a home style kitchen to teens ages 10 to 21.  Home Schools are a wonderful concept, this allows students to receive extra attention in areas where needed, without the distractions of a classroom. I have the same concept at my cooking school. I want to give personal attention to each and every student who comes to the school. I want them to feel secure in the knowledge they will be receiving, to use either at home for their families or in a place of employment. Best of all, the students decide what they want to prepare. In short students who take the class will be given a better advantage than what is offered in Home Economic Class at the local high school.
